Bi-Weekly Quarterly
The Info:
Creating an enjoyable place to work is extremely important to me. To give the Copy Team a morale boost, I organized a 30 minute, bi-weekly meeting focused on creative writing. Once a quarter, we compiled our favorite pieces into a printed booklet.
The Result:
This meeting brought my team together and encouraged them to be more inspired in their day-to-day work. It also gave other members of the Marketing Org a chance to see the team’s talent, which led to them trusting us more with creative decisions.
